• Recently enrolled CCCC students are invited down to the Broadway Plaza and are encouraged to interact with businesses and learn about Concordia and the businesses around town

The Bigger Dig 8/28 - 8/30

• The HCEA's annual International Convention and Old Equipment Exposition is a gathering of antique construction machinery, trucks and related equipment for the general public. The show features live demonstrations of these machines, with technology spanning from the late 1800s to the mid to late 1900s. Exhibitors bring equipment from hundreds of miles away to our shows, and attendees come from around the world.

Fall Fest - 9/26/2026

• Annual one-day community celebration held on the fourth Saturday of September in downtown Concordia, Kansas. Organized by the Concordia Chamber of Commerce, the festival draws over 6,000 visitors with a parade, more than 50 craft and food vendors, children's activities, and local entertainment.

• Businesses set up Trick or Treat stands along 6th street downtown and kids from Concordia Trick or Treat up and down 6th Street

Hometown Holiday 11/27/2026

• An annual community festival featuring the downtown Christmas tree lighting by Santa, a prize snowball drop, and horse-drawn carriage rides. Hosted by the Concordia Chamber of Commerce, it takes place downtown along 6th Street on the Friday following Thanksgiving from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
